London – P.F. Chang’s will open a new restaurant at Westfield Stratford City in September 2026, marking the American Pan-Asian brand’s second London location.
Situated on the second floor near Westfield’s food court, the 464-square-metre restaurant will accommodate 166 guests across indoor and patio dining areas. The new venue will also feature a vibrant bar and a contemporary interior inspired by the brand’s Asian culinary heritage.
The Stratford menu will be entirely halal and will include some of P.F. Chang’s best-known dishes, including Mongolian Beef, Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Dynamite Shrimp. Its selection of shareable plates and relaxed approach to dining is intended to appeal to families, groups of friends and shoppers looking for anything from a casual lunch to an evening meal.
“East London is vibrant, diverse and full of energy, and that makes it a great fit for P.F. Chang’s,” said Jim Mazany, Chief Executive Officer of P.F. Chang’s.
Mazany described the Stratford opening as an important step in the company’s continuing UK expansion, adding that the brand was looking forward to welcoming both existing fans and first-time guests.
Arif Jivraj, P.F. Chang’s retail franchise operator in the UK, said Westfield Stratford was “the perfect home” for the new restaurant.
“Londoners want bold flavour, high-quality food and good value, but they also want restaurants that feel relaxed, welcoming and suitable for every occasion,” he said.
According to Jivraj, the Stratford venue will combine accessible prices with an inclusive atmosphere designed for families, friends and visitors to the shopping centre.
P.F. Chang’s was founded by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming in 1993. Inspired by Chinese cuisine and the long tradition of wok cooking, the company has since broadened its menu to include influences and dishes from Japan, Korea, Thailand and other parts of Asia.
The brand now operates more than 300 restaurants across over 23 countries. It entered the UK market in 2017 with the opening of its first European restaurant near Leicester Square, which remains its London flagship.
The forthcoming Westfield Stratford City branch represents the next stage in the company’s UK growth. The restaurant will be open to public 21 September.
